Leon’s fresh mayonnaise is all about simplicity done right — egg yolk, oil and a touch of acid brought together into a smooth, silky emulsion. Rich, fresh and beautifully balanced, it’s a small detail that elevates every dish.

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs Yolk only 1 Tbsp Vinegar Sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 7 dl Canola Oil Pepper and Salt
- Worcestershire Sauce/Honey/ Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add the vinegar and a pinch of sugar, Egg Yolks, Mustard, mix.
- Add the oil very slowly (drop by drop) at the beginning later you can add the
- oil a bit quicker.
- You can add Worcestershire Sauce/Honey/Lemon Juice to your preferred
- taste.
